Factory Direct Prices | Better Value | Lifetime Warranty
A nose pin is one of the most personal pieces of jewellery a woman wears — it sits on the face, close to the eye, and gets noticed in a way that most other jewellery doesn't. Every nose pin in this collection uses a certified lab grown diamond set in genuine gold. Real diamonds, real gold, made in our own manufacturing unit and sold directly to you.
Lab grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds — the only difference is where they were formed. Not sure what that means? Read our complete lab grown diamond guide.
Who Makes These Nose Pins

Why Gold for a Nose Pin
Gold is the safest metal for nose piercings — hypoallergenic, non-reactive, and resistant to tarnishing. Nose piercings are in close contact with skin and mucous membranes, which makes metal quality more important here than almost anywhere else on the body. Silver is more reactive and not recommended for long-term nose wear. Gold at 9K and above is the standard recommended by most piercers for healed piercings.
How to Style a Gold Nose Pin
A solitaire nose pin is the most versatile — it reads as polished and intentional without competing with other jewellery. For a more distinctive look, motif designs (crescent, flower, star) work especially well with minimal earrings so the nose pin becomes the focal point. For traditional and festive occasions, a slightly larger stone or a more detailed setting like the Clover creates more presence. For daily office wear, our 0.05–0.10 carat solitaire designs are light, secure, and professional.

Frequently Asked Questions
About the Diamonds & Gold
Q: Are these real diamonds or CZ?
A: Real certified lab grown diamonds. Not CZ, not moissanite. Lab grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds. Every nose pin comes with a grading certificate confirming this.
Q: Is gold better than silver for a nose pin?
A: Yes, for long-term wear. Gold is hypoallergenic and non-reactive, making it the safest choice for nose piercings. Silver is more reactive and can cause irritation over time. 9K and 14K gold are both recommended for healed piercings.
Q: Is 9K or 14K gold better for a nose pin?
A: Both are safe and suitable. 9K gold is slightly harder and more durable for daily wear. 14K gold has a richer, warmer colour and is the global fine jewellery standard. For a nose pin worn daily, 9K is the more practical choice; for a more premium look, go with 14K.
Q: Do these nose pins come with certification?
A: Yes. Every nose pin comes with a diamond grading certificate confirming carat, cut, colour, and clarity.
Wearing & Sizing
Q: How do I wear a gold nose pin?
A: Gently insert the pin through the piercing from the outside. The pin end should pass through cleanly without forcing. Once through, adjust the back pin or clutch to secure it comfortably against the inside of the nostril. Take your time — the pin is fine gauge and bending it slightly is enough to keep it in place.
Q: How do I remove a gold nose pin?
A: Hold the front decorative part gently between two fingers and carefully slide the pin backward through the piercing. If it has a clutch back, remove the clutch first before sliding the pin out.
Q: Can I wear a nose pin without a piercing?
A: These nose pins require a piercing. If you're looking for a non-piercing option, clip-style nose rings are available but not currently in this collection.
Q: Which nose pin design is best for daily wear?
A: Our 0.05–0.10 carat solitaire designs are our most practical daily-wear options — lightweight, secure, and professional enough for office wear.
Q: Which nose pin is best for a festive or traditional occasion?
A: The Clover Lab Diamond Nose Pin (₹14,491), Triology Lab Diamond Nose Pin (₹10,305), and Flower Lab Grown Diamond Nose Pin (₹11,247) are our most distinctive designs for occasions where you want the nose pin to make a statement.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I clean a gold diamond nose pin?
A: Mix a drop of mild soap in warm water. Dip the nose pin briefly, then use a very soft brush to gently clean around the stone and setting. Rinse under lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking for long periods and avoid harsh chemicals.
Q: Can I customise a gold nose pin?
A: Yes. We manufacture in-house and can build a custom design with your choice of carat, motif, and gold purity. See our custom jewellery process or WhatsApp us at +91 86007 18666.
Q: What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
A: Manufacturing defects — setting issues, stone falling out due to a defective prong, structural problems. Does not cover accidental damage or normal wear. To claim, email care@ornatejewels.com.
