Buyback And Lifetime Exchange

We do offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all our gold and diamond jewellery for orders within India. We happily offer returns, or buy- back or exchange on the basis of its current market value.

The value of the exchanged jewellery after deductions will be credited to the bank account provided to us by the customer. If you wish to return the product for a buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to in your account once we recieve the product back. 

Jewellery returned to us shall pass through the Quality control procedures to process the credit /refund as per the mentioned categories

For Gold Rs.1500 Jewellery as delivery and processing charges will be deducted while determining the refund amount.

 

Gold Jewellery: 100% of the net gold value at the current market rate

Diamonds & Gemstones Jewellery: 80% of jewellery value + labour charges (before tax amount shown on the invoice)

 

• Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 500
• Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange / buyback.
• Buyback is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered and Square diamonds.
• In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buy back/exchange and then buy back/exchange value will be calculated.
• Buyback of products are applicable for products that were purchased at a value of up toRs.2,00000/-

 

The return shipping shall be borne by the customer. We will deduct Rs.1000/- or actual delivery charges – whichever is higher while determining the value.
